In a Reinvention process, the implementation phase specifically includes

  • Generating and realizing breakthrough projects
  • Stopping some activities, starting new ones, redesigning others and dismantling everything that does not fit with the invented future
  • Building a new architecture – processes, policies, procedures and systems
  • Implementing new practices that are consistent with the desired culture and support the organization live its values;

Building a network of leaders throughout the organization – coaching, training, mentoring and developing the skills, capacities and ways of being to ensure the desired future is realized.
